Keith’s gift to Sam this year were tickets to see his favorite university hockey team play. So we are in Rochester this weekend, ahead of the BIG storm blowing in from the Pacific via a southern track, to take in 2 hockey games. It’s the RIT Tigers versus the Arizona State University Sun Devils last night and tonight. Sam came in from Boston and we drove up from Pennsylvania yesterday. Olivia is here, and an assortment of friends have joined the fun. When we got up this morning I asked if we could go to the beach at Lake Ontario. So off we went.

Heading to the beach on 390 North.
Small icebergs on the inlet.
Laughing at the cold.
Beach under an accumulation of ice balls tossed up by Lake Ontario.
Ice balls.
The Charlotte—Genesee Lighthouse. An 1822 stone octagonal lighthouse in the Charlotte neighborhood in northern Rochester, New York. The tower is 40 ft tall and is located at the mouth of the
Genesee River.
We will celebrate 30 years of marriage on Tuesday.
What you can’t see in this photo is
he’s grabbing my tush to make me laugh!
And after 30 years of marriage, if he still wants to grab my ass, and I still laugh, then things are pretty much OK. 🤍😂💯😘
